Shipments

In stock merchandise ships 5-7 business days by UPS or USPS. Shadowboxes, Quarterdeck Gear and other custom projects will ship 3-4 weeks A communication with estimated ship time will be sent when the order is received and processed. Contact the store if there is a need for expedited service through phone or e-mail

Claims

Claims for shipments damaged or loss must be filed with Moody’s Seabag2 Inc within 2 business days of receipt.

Pictures of damages merchandise and packaging must be kept on file while a claims investigation is underway. Moody’s Seabag2 Inc will make every effort to expedite the repair/replacement of damaged/lost merchandise
