Customize T-shirt

This shirt starts with the Gildan 5000, one of the most trusted blanks in the industry, then gets custom-printed just for you using our in-house xTool direct-print process. It’s a heavyweight cotton classic designed to hold up to everyday wear while giving your custom design a clean, vibrant canvas.

Fabric & feel: 100% preshrunk cotton (heather and some fashion colors are cotton/poly blends) in a substantial 5.3 oz fabric, giving it a sturdy, no-see-through feel without being stiff.

Fit & construction: Classic, relaxed unisex fit with a seamless double-needle collar, shoulder-to-shoulder taping for durability, and double-needle stitching on the sleeves and hem for a long-lasting finish that resists stretching and curling in the wash.

Why it’s great for custom printing: The tight-knit cotton surface takes direct-print designs exceptionally well, producing sharp lines and rich color saturation that hold up wash after wash.
